The Web3 market is heavily underfinanced with lots of investor money being swept off with rug pulls and scams. DAOs, which were deemed to play crucial role in development of the industry, have filed in doing so due to member apathy resulting from bureaucracy and lack of proper motivation: most of the protocol DAOs have less than 2% of actively participating members.
