This is a proposal to invest $350k into Lit Protocol, a distributed network that provides decentralized access control for Web3 apps and private data on the open web.

This project has received positive sentiment from the DAO and we have just received word that the team will provide a $350k allocation to The LAO. In order to move forward with funding this project, the DAO requires a formal on-chain vote.
