TRADER OTT is a live-streaming platform that is exclusively designed for financial services. Our platform will enable thousands of skilled financial service providers to create live-streaming analytical or informational videos covering multiple trades and financial services, including cryptocurrencies, stocks, commodities, forex, macro-micro economics, wealth management, investment plans, brokerage channels, and many more. This will help millions of viewers, both skilled and unskilled, to make informed decisions while trading and stay updated in real-time, regardless of their location or time zone in multiple languages. We are currently seeking seed financing of $1,000,000 in return for 10% equity and 5 million Trader OTT (TOTT Token Warrants) in the company from multiple investors. The equity to token ratio is 10:1, primarily to scale the business exponentially in the first few months of launch. We have already received interest from multiple investors, including NEAR Foundation, Polygon, Venom Foundation, and others. Although the product is ready and under beta testing, we plan to launch it after raising a minimum of $500,000 seed funding to gain initial traction. The software business is fast-moving, and we want to take advantage of being the first in the business by scaling rapidly. To date, we have invested $100,000 to bootstrap the company.
