We’re aiming to build the perfect contributor management platform with on-chain identity, reputation, matching engine, payment tools for DAOs, and treasury/saving management, coupled with a vibrant and supportive community. 

However, we’re starting off by addressing one of the major problems for every founder or DAO operator: talent recruitment. 

With tr3butor, organizations can incentivize the community to source talent and teams for their ‘quests’ with a ‘matcher’s fee’. It can be paid instantly or vested over time. 

Take for example full-time jobs where a normal recruitment fee is 15-20% of the annual salary. This could mean a 25K reward for referring a friend to a dev position in a cool DAO. Win-win-win. 

This is also creating new ways for monetization for the communities, like Lobsters, DeveloperDAO or Bankless.

tr3butor in its current iteration is just an advanced quest (job) board with more than 40 Web3 ‘employers’ listed, with their jobs, grants, bounties, hackathons, and events.

We’re ready to go public and start ramping up the value we can bring to contributors and organizations.

To launch the project and build our community of talent and referrals, we’re launching a large-scale Web3 talent survey incentivized with tr3butor Genesis NFT for participants. 

Half of the 4,488 NFTs will be guaranteed to the contributors WL’d by their on-chain activity and holdings (like Bufficorn NFT), who will participate in the survey.

The tr3butor Genesis NFT will have a wide variety of utilities, including but not limited to: working as an enhanced pass into the tr3butor ecosystem, exclusive access to tr3butor events, airdrops & experiences, a place of power in the tr3butor governance system, and much, much more.
