I am born and raised in Chile but currently live in USA. I am visiting Chile and I am thinking about starting a DAO that will distribute tokens to locals based on what they do for their communities.

I do not have a website or anything just yet. Just the idea but because I work in technology, with some help I think I could achieve this DAO.
