Idle is a protocol designed to optimize interest rate returns across different DeFi lending protocols. Our architecture continuously monitors interest rates and automatically rebalances funds into the best allocation, both in terms of returns and risks.

The next steps will be building other allocation strategies, with a built-in insurance service and a seamless fiat on/off ramp experience. Currently, you can use Idle protocol through our consumer-facing app, but our plan is to transit towards a P2B2C model in the future.

Our vision is that money should never sit still. To achieve that, we want to democratize the access to DeFi instruments through consumer-driven experiences and developer-friendly infrastructure, providing innovators and developers with the tools they need to create easy and accessible yield-generating experiences for their users.
